Returns and Refund Policy
GlideZ LLC hopes you are satisfied with your purchase of roller skates and related equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return and refund according to the following policy.
I. Return Period
You can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the goods (the specific time may be adjusted according to actual circumstances).
II. Return After Opening
We support returns after opening. Even if the product has been opened, you can still apply for a return if the following conditions are met:
The product has no obvious signs of use or damage caused by the user.
It does not affect resale.
All accessories are complete (such as a complete set of roller skates, protective gear, helmet, etc.).
We recommend keeping the original packaging as much as possible to facilitate a smooth return process.
III. Returnable Items:
- The product has quality issues or is damaged.
- The wrong product was received or does not match the order.
- Dissatisfaction with the product within a reasonable range (meets return conditions).
IV. Non-Returnable Items:
- The product has been visibly used (e.g., severely worn wheels, damaged protective gear).
- Problems caused by human error or improper use.
- The return application period has expired.
- Missing key accessories or items severely affecting resale.
V. Return Process:
- Contact customer service to submit a return request (provide order number and a description of the problem).
- After customer service approval, a return address and specific instructions will be provided.
- Return the product as required and provide the tracking number.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will arrange a refund.
VI. Return Address Instructions:
To ensure smooth return processing, the return address must be obtained through customer service or the “Contact Us” page.
Please do not return the product yourself without confirming the address, as this may result in return failure or processing delays.
VII. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs due to product quality issues or incorrect shipments will be borne by us.
Return shipping costs due to personal reasons (such as dislike, unsuitability, or size issues) will be borne by the customer.
VIII. Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and confirm the goods.
Actual arrival time depends on the payment method and bank processing time.
IX. Exchange Policy
For size or style exchanges, please contact customer service to apply for an exchange. Inventory availability will affect exchange processing time.
